Overview

Designing the Café Experience Core
We designed Luma as a space that behaves like a third place — not just a café, but an extension of home and work. Intuitive spatial flow from entrance to ordering Clear visual hierarchy guiding customer movement Seamless transition between takeaway and dine-in experiences The environment responds naturally to customer needs without requiring conscious effort.

Brand Identity System
We developed a layered identity system to give Luma a distinct and memorable presence. A minimalist logo inspired by light and glow Warm, neutral color palette with soft contrasts Typography that feels clean, modern, and approachable Cohesive application across packaging, menus, and signage Each element plays a role in reinforcing a calm, premium atmosphere.

Atmosphere & Sensory Design
We designed the café to engage multiple senses while maintaining subtlety. Natural and ambient lighting to reflect the “Luma” concept Soft acoustics to reduce noise without losing energy Material selection (wood, stone, fabric) to create warmth Signature visual moments (feature wall / light installation) The result is a space that feels alive, yet शांत — vibrant, yet calm.

Every hospitality project carries layered complexity — especially when brand identity, customer experience, and operational efficiency must align seamlessly. For Luma Café, the primary challenge was translating the abstract concept of “light and warmth” into a tangible, immersive, and commercially viable space.

//02
Physical & Digital Experience Integration
Ensuring continuity between the in-store experience and digital presence. Online ordering that reflects the in-store aesthetic .Social media visuals aligned with interior design .Loyalty systems that feel seamless, not intrusive. The challenge was crafting one cohesive ecosystem rather than separate touchpoints.
//03
